Program of the All-Ukrainian scientific and pedagogical advanced training
We kindly invite academic and research staff, practitioners, undergraduate, postgraduate and postdoctoral students, concertmasters of art education institutions, and all interested in innovations in modern choral creativiry and innovations to participate in the all-Ukrainian scientific-pedagogical advanced training.
The professional program of advanced training is based on the latest scientific approaches to the organization of adult learning, achievements of psychological-pedagogical, social, and behavioral sciences. It is focused on the development and advancement of legal, psychological-pedagogical, communicative, communication competencies, as well as practical skills and attainments of interactive communication and professional-personal growth to improve professional communication and the implementation of teaching activities.
All participants will be provided with a collection of abstracts and an electronic certificate.
The workload of advanced training consists of 6 credits ECTS (180 hours) and distributes 6 hours each day for 6 business weeks. It is conducted following the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of August 21, 2019, No. 800 “On Some Issues of the Advanced Training of an Academic Staff”.

May 25, 10:00 – lecture “The European system of choral education and employment features”. Speaker – Helhotiiene Rasa, Associate Profess, Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater, Conductor of “Pro musica”, “Virgo”, “Gaudeamus” of Vilnius University, President of Lithuanian Choral Society.
May 27, 10:00 – lecture “Communication strategy in choral performance: a marketing aspect”. Speaker – Fartushka Oleksii Dmytrovych, PhD, Assistant Professor at the Department of Choral and Opera-Symphonic Conducting, Kharkiv I.P. Kotlyarevsky National University of Arts, artistic director of the folk art collective of the “Spring Voices” choir of the Kharkiv Regional Palace of Children’s and Youth Creativity.
May 29, 10:00 – master class “Opera scenes in the choral conducting class”. Speaker – Rehrut Valerii Yosypovych, PhD in Art Criticism, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Choral Conducting, Odessa National A. V. Nezhdanova Academy of Music, head of student choir, chief choirmaster of Odesa National Theater of Opera and Ballet.
May 30, 10:00 – lecture “Choir artist of musical theater: facets of creativity”. Speaker – Savenko Serhii Mykolaiovych – PhD in Art Criticism, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Choral Conducting, Odessa National A. V. June 05, 10:00 – master class “Children’s and youth girls’ choirs: specifics of work at the modern stage (the case of Chamber Girls’ Choir of Kyiv State Music Lyceum named after M. V. Lysenko)”. Speaker – Puchko-Kolesnyk Yuliia Vitaliivna, PhD in Art Criticism, Professor at the Department of Choral Conducting, Ukrainian National Tchaikovsky Academy of Music, Head of the Kyiv State Music Lyceum named after M. V. Lysenko.
June 07, 10:00 – master class “Student chour: from enrolment to graduation”. Speaker – Shpak Halyna Serhiivna, PhD in Art Criticism, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Choral Conducting, Odessa National A. V. Nezhdanova Academy of Music, student choir conductor, artistic director of the amateur women’s choir “Oriana”, laureate of M. V. Lysenko’s award, Head of the All-Ukrainian Choral Community named after Mykola Leontovych of Odesa Regional Branch of the National All-Ukrainian Musical Association.
June 09, 10:00 – master class “Boy’s choir: repertoire, rehearsals, and result”. Speaker – Tolmachev Ruben Vladyslavovych, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Choral Conducting of Ukrainian National Tchaikovsky Academy of Music and R. Glier Kyiv Municipal Academy of Music, Honored Artist of Ukraine, artistic director of vocal sextet “MENSOUND”, artistic director of the People’s Choral Chapel of Boys and Young Men “Dzvinochok”, Head of the All-Ukrainian methodical association of choirmasters “Tonika”.
A link to the online lecture will be sent to all participants after paying participation fees. Online lectures will be saved.

NB!
From May 22 to July 2, 2023 (inclusively), during the advanced training, participants should send research-methodological abstracts to advanced_training@cuesc.org.ua.
RE: Advanced training on choral creativity.
Participation in the scientific and pedagogical advanced training without research and methodological report is impossible.
After August 18, 2023, every participant will receive a collection of abstracts and a certificate via e-mail indicated in the participation form.

The Organizing Committee of the All-Ukrainian Advanced training guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of each contribution. All papers are subject to check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
PROHIBITION ON USING THE AGGRESSOR STATE’S SCHOLARLY PAPERS:
Languages: Ukrainian and English. It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list Russian-language publications published in any country, including papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.
