CORPORATE PUBLIC MANAGEMENT IN MARTIAL LAW: AN INSTITUTIONAL PARADIGM

June 6 – July 17, 2022

The academic staff of higher education institutions and research establishments, practitioners, doctoral, postgraduate and undergraduate students, and anyone interested in corporate public management in martial law are invited to participate in the All-Ukrainian scientific and pedagogical advanced training.

Program of the All-Ukrainian scientific and pedagogical advanced training

Ukraine is enduring russia’s brutal full-scale military invasion for almost three months, which affects all the core spheres of social life: economic, social, political, and spiritual. Thus, Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs and Center for Ukrainian and European Scientific Cooperation have decided to organize advanced training to give theoretical and practical insights into corporate public management in martial law.

The professional program of advanced training is based on the latest scientific approaches to the organization of adult learning, achievements of psychological-pedagogical, social, and behavioral sciences. It is focused on the development and advancement of legal, psychological-pedagogical, communicative, communication competencies, as well as practical skills and attainments of interactive communication and professional-personal growth to improve professional communication and the implementation of teaching activities.

All participants will be provided with a collection of abstracts and an electronic certificate.

The workload of advanced training consists of 6 credits ECTS (180 hours) and distributes 6 hours each day for 6 business weeks.

The event includes three ZOOM lectures:

June 14, 14:30, lecture Particularities of maintaining civil service by civil servants who left the country after declaring martial law in Ukraine. Speaker – Makarenko Oleksandr Yuriiovych Doctor of Law, Professor, Professor at the Department of Law Enforcement and Police Studies, Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs.

June 21, 14:30, lecture Strategic management of labor potential in governmental agencies in martial law”. Speaker – Haponiuk Olha Ivanivna – PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, Head of the Curriculum & Instruction Department, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Commercial and Legal Disciplines and Economic Security, Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs.

June 29, 14:30, lecture “Social welfare as a mechanism of government control of the social protection system in martial law”. Speaker – Kuzmenko Serhii Heorhiiovych – Doctor of Public Administration, Professor, Professor at the Department of Civil, Labor Law and Social Welfare Law, Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs.

A link to the online lecture will be sent to all participants after paying participation fees. Online lectures will be saved.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:

Persons who are interested in participation should before June 3, 2022 (inclusively):

1) fill an application form;

2) send a copy of payment confirmation to Organizing advanced.training2022@gmail.com (the coordinator provides you with payment details when you fill in an application).

NB!

From June 6 to July 17, 2022 (inclusively), during the advanced training, participants should send research-methodological abstracts to advanced.training2022@gmail.com.

RE: DonSUIA advanced training.

Participation in the scientific and pedagogical advanced training without research and methodological report is impossible.

After August 26, 2022, every participant will receive a collection of abstracts and a certificate via e-mail indicated in the participation form.
