Program of the All-Ukrainian scientific and pedagogical advanced training

We kindly invite academic and research staff of higher education and scientific institutions, practitioners, undergraduate, postdoctoral, postgraduate and undergraduate students, and all interested in the paradigm of higher education amidst the war and global challenges of the 21st century to participate in the All-Ukrainian scientific and pedagogical advanced training.

For more than 4 months, our defenders have been courageously and bravely guarding our Motherland, and we have been demonstrating unity and indomitable spirit. Under current difficulties, we must respond quickly to every change in our country to efficiently organize our activities, including education. Thus, Odesa State University and the Center for Ukrainian and European Scientific Cooperation decided to organize the all-Ukrainian scientific and pedagogical advanced training to provide practical and theoretical advice on the paradigm of higher education amidst the war and global challenges of the 21st century.

The professional program of advanced training is based on the latest scientific approaches to the organization of adult learning, achievements of psychological-pedagogical, social, and behavioral sciences. It is focused on the development and advancement of legal, psychological-pedagogical, communicative, communication competencies, as well as practical skills and attainments of interactive communication and professional-personal growth to improve professional communication and the implementation of teaching activities.

All participants will be provided with a collection of abstracts and an electronic certificate.

The workload of advanced training consists of 6 credits ECTS (180 hours) and distributes 6 hours each day for 6 business weeks.

Baltadzhy Polina Mykolaivna – PhD in Law, Associate Professor, Professor at the Department of State-Legal Disciplines of Odessa State University of Internal Affairs.

 
The event includes three ZOOM lectures:

26 July, 14:30, lecture Tools developing “soft skills” as an equivalent to professional competencies in a VUCA world. Speaker – Nadybska Oksana Yaroslavivna – Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, Head of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Odessa State University of Internal Affairs.

2 August, 14:30, lecture Information security and cyberhygiene of academic staff in the modern context of educational environment development. Speaker – Kovalova Olena Volodymyrivna – PhD in Law, Senior Research Associate, Professor at the Department of Police Administrative Activity of Odessa State University of Internal Affairs.

9 August, о 14:30, lectureHuman rights education under the armed conflict. Speakers: Matvieieva Liliia Heorhiivna – Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of the Department of Theory and Philosophy of Law of Odessa State University of Internal Affairs; Baltadzhy Polina Mykolaivna – PhD in Law, Associate Professor, Professor at the Department of State-Legal Disciplines of Odessa State University of Internal Affairs.

A link to the online lecture will be sent to all participants after paying participation fees. Online lectures will be saved.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:

Persons who are interested in participation should before July 15, 2022 (inclusively):

1) fill an application form;

2) send a copy of payment confirmation to Organizing advanc_training@cuesc.org.ua (the coordinator provides you with payment details when you fill in an application).

NB!

From July 18 to August 28, 2022 (inclusively), during the advanced training, participants should send research-methodological abstracts to advanc_training@cuesc.org.ua.

RE: OSUIA advanced training.

Participation in the scientific and pedagogical advanced training without research and methodological report is impossible.

After September 30, 2022, every participant will receive a collection of abstracts and a certificate via e-mail indicated in the participation form.
