PARTICIPATION DETAILS:

A collection of conference materials is ensured by the Ukrainian-Polish publisher “Liha-Pres”, which ranks in SENSE. The publication fee is 200 UAH. Each abstract included to the materials is assigned DOI that makes it available on the Open Ukrainian Citation Index (OUCI) web-site, which has been developed by specialists of the State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine by the order of the Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The collection of conference abstracts will be published on an open platform of the Ukrainian-Polish publisher “Liha-Pres” via the link after May 31, 2024.

All participants of the Conference will receive an electronic collection of abstracts and an electronic Certificate of participation (15 hours – 0,5 ECTS credits) authenticated with the seal. Upon request, the participant can order a printed copy of the collection and the Certificate, the cost of which is paid additionally in the amount of 500 UAH. The distribution of printed copies of the Conference proceedings and the Certificates – after June 14, 2024.

PROCEDURE FOR THE REGISTRATION:

Persons who are interested in participation in the International conference should send the following documents to the Organising Committee before April 10, 2024 (inclusively): 

  1. fill in an application form;
  2. send abstracts to the Organising Committee: phys@cuesc.org.ua.

– abstracts (in docx. format);

– a scanned copy of the receipt for the payment of the organizational fee (details will be provided after receiving the abstract and the application form).

The title of the file should correspond the surname of a speaker. For example: Shevchenko_Abstract / Shevchenko_Fee.

The Organizing Committee guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of every research paper. All Conference abstracts are subject to checking for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.

PROHIBITION ON USING THE AGGRESSOR STATE’S SCHOLARLY PAPERS:

Languages: Ukrainian, English, and Polish. It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list Russian-language publications published in any country, including papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ABSTRACTS:

Section name. Paper title is centered (bold capital letters, Times New Roman, 14).

In one spacing, in the center, surname and initials of  the author, academic degree, academic rank (if any), post, department, full name of the institution where the author studies or works, city, country; Times New Roman, 14.

After one spacing – the text which should meet the following requirements: А-4, all fields – 2 cm, Times New Roman, 14, line spacing – 1,5.

References (without repetitions) are at the bottom of the text taking into account the National Standard of Ukraine DSTU 8302: 2015 “Information and documentation. Bibliographic reference. General principles and rules of composition”. Citations in the text should be marked with numerical order of a source according to the list and page (pages) number, for example [7, p. 16].

Text volume is up to 5 pages including References.

Languages: Ukrainian, English, Polish.

Please note that the maximum number of co-authors is 3.

Conference participants can publish their articles in the scientific journal Physical Education and Sports included in the List of scientific professional editions of Ukraine (B category) in specialty 017 Physical Culture and Sports (Order of MES of Ukraine as of 02.07.2020 No. 886).
