MAIN TOPICS OF THE CONFERENCE:

Conference languages: Ukrainian, English, French, German, Polish, Spanish.

Forms of participation: full participation, distanced participation.

To participate in the 13th International Scientific Conference «World Literature in the 21st-century Literary Studies Discourse» you should submit

  • completed application form (see appendix 1) (filename – «Surname_application»);
  • abstract of no more than 4 pages (submission guidelines – see appendix 2) (filename – «Surname_abstract»);
  • scanned copy of the payment receipt (to be sent to the organizers after receiving the final acceptance notification).

Please send your proposals to svitlit.lviv@gmail.com. Deadline for submission: October 1, 2023.

The organising committee will consider submitted proposals in accordance with thematic fields of the conference and will notify of their acceptance for the conference by October 10, 2023.

The letter of invitation will be e-mailed to the address indicated in the application form by October 15, 2023.

General guidelines for manuscript preparation – see appendix 3 «МОНОГРАФІЯ_2023-2024»

Expenses of participation (travel and accommodation) will have to be met by participants individually.

Conference fee:   200 UAH. Payments will be made by bank transfer according to the guidelines given in the letter of the final acceptance notification.

Submission Guidelines:

Please supply the electronic version of the abstract in Word format.

Length limit – no longer than 4 pages.

Page format: Document margins – 20 mm; Style – Times New Roman, 14 pt.; Line spacing – 1,5; Header – 1,0.

Materials in the abstract should be arranged as follows:

  • Author’s name (bold);
  • Academic title;
  • Institution;
  • Title of the abstract (capitals, bold);
  • Main text;
  • References (if necessary).

The works-cited list should be at the end of the abstract arranged in ABC order. A reference to a source cited in the abstract should appear in the body of the text in square brackets indicating the source number on the list followed by a comma and the page (pages) number. E.g., [1, p. 12].
