The conference will gather 40 vice-rectors for research in person.
DIRECTIONS OF THE CONFERENCE WORK
- the state of implementation of the roadmap for Ukraine’s integration into the European Research Area by Ukrainian HEIs in the context of war;
- European integration aspects of planning and public administration of scientific work of Ukrainian HEIs;
- European integration aspects of financing the research work of Ukrainian HEIs;
- European integration aspects of education and training of scientific personnel for Ukrainian HEIs;
- forms and spheres of scientific cooperation between Ukrainian HEIs and HEIs of the EU Member States;
- experience of supporting scientific start-ups in the HEIs of the EU Member States;
- the experience of interaction and mutual support of HEIs of the EU Member States at the level of vice-presidents for research;
- European integration aspects of the functioning of scientific libraries of Ukrainian HEIs;
- European integration aspects of the editorial and publishing work of Ukrainian HEIs;
- participation of Ukrainian HEIs in the EU framework programmes for research and innovation, in the joint implementation of international research programmes and in conducting joint research;
- European integration aspects of the development of the research infrastructure of Ukrainian HEIs;
- involvement of the Ukrainian scientific diaspora in the process of European integration of Ukrainian science.

PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING MATERIALS
Only vice-rectors for research from Ukrainian higher education institutions can join the conference.
Participation is free. Conference participants will be provided with 3-days accommodation and 4-days meal. The organizers do not cover travel expenses.
Conference participants will be provided with accommodation and meals. All interested in taking part in the conference should take the following steps:
- until October 2, 2024 (inclusively) fill in a participation form;
- until November 15, 2024 (inclusively) send the abstracts to the Organizing Committee: conf.uzhnu@cuesc.org.ua.
The file title should meet the surname of a speaker.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
All conference participants will be provided with an electronic collection of conference proceedings and a certificate of participation. A collection of conference proceedings will be published by the European publishing house “Izdevnieciba “Baltija Publishing” (Riga, Latvia) Each abstract included in the collection is assigned DOI that makes it available on the web-site Open Ukrainian Citation Index (OUCI), which was designed by specialists of the State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine by the order of the Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The collection of conference proceedings will be available on open platform of the European publisher “Izdevnieciba “Baltija Publishing” at the link.
An electronic collection of conference proceedings will be sent out after December 25, 2024.

English paper title is centered (bold capital letters, Times New Roman, no. 16)

After one spacing there is a text which should meet the following requirements: А-4, all fields – 2 cm, Times New Roman № 14, line spacing – 1,5.
References (without repetitions) are at the bottom of the text taking into account the National Standard of Ukraine DSTU 8302: 2015 “Information and documentation. Bibliographic reference. General principles and rules of composition”. Citations in the text should be marked with numerical order of a source according to the list and page (pages) number, for example [7, p. 16].
Text volume is up to 5 pages, including References.

Please note that the maximum number of co-authors is 3.
