Applications for participation in the forum are accepted until October 06, 2024.

The conference abstracts will be published by the Ukrainian-Polish scientific publishing house «Liha-Pres», which is included in the publisher rating SENSE. Each abstract included in the conference abstracts will be assigned a DOI, which allows authors to find their scientific work on the Open Ukrainian Citation Index (OUCI), which was developed by specialists of the State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine on behalf of the Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The collection of conference abstracts will be posted on the open platform of the Ukrainian-Polish publishing house with many years of experience in publishing scientific books, Liha-Pres, at this link.

Access to the online platform on which the conference will be held will be sent in advance to all participants who complete the application form.

To publish abstracts, please fill in the application form via the link or QR code and send the abstract in Ukrainian or English and payment receipt to conf.social@tnu.org.ua by October 15, 2024 (inclusive). The title of the submitted materials should include the author’s last name and initials (for example: Kvitkova MM_thesis, Kvitkova MM_receipt).

The organisational fee is 400 UAH. The collection of abstracts and the certificate will be sent to all participants in electronic after 20 December 2024. The registration fee includes reimbursement of expenses for editing and layout of the collection of abstracts, and posting of its electronic version.

Upon request, the participant can order a printed copy of the collection and a certificate, the cost of which is paid additionally in the amount of 500 UAH. The printed copy of the collection of abstracts and the certificate will be sent out after 20 January 2025.

ABSTRACT REQUIREMENTS:

Volume – from 3 to 5 pages of A-4 format in Microsoft Word; font – Times New Roman, size – 14; line interval – 1.5; paragraph indentation – 1.25 cm; margins – 2 cm.

The order of the materials in the abstract: surname and initials of the author(s) (bold); academic degree, academic title (if any), position, place of work (study); city where the educational institution is located, country; title of the abstract (bold); text.

The file name should be signed in original language in accordance with the last name and initials of the conference participant (for example, Kvitkova MM_Thesis).

The literature used (without repetition) is arranged in alphabetical order at the end of the text under the title “List of references: (Bibliography:)”. In the text, footnotes are indicated by square brackets with the source’s serial number in the list and the page number(s) separated by commas, for example: [1, с. 45].

The bibliographic description of the list of references is drawn up according to the National Standard of Ukraine DSTU 8302:2015 “Information and Documentation. Bibliographic reference. General Provisions and Rules of Compilation”.

Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers. It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.

Participants of the International Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to the 105th anniversary of Taurida University can publish articles in scientific professional editions (according to the schedules of their formation) “Scientific Notes of V. The symbolic meaning of colors in the culture of the
peoples of the East

Brent Berlin and Paul Kaye, in their classic research on colors, Basic Color Terms: Their Universality and Evolution, published in 1969, suggest the existence of color universals “that relate to the historical development of all languages in a way that can be called evolutionary” [1, p. 2-3].

As the researchers explain, the increase in the number of basic color schemes can be seen as part of a general increase in vocabulary and as a response to an informationally richer cultural environment, because color designations emerged not that much later than the language itself, so “the associations associated with them are deeply rooted in the minds of any nation” [2, p. 69].
