With the support of the Center for Ukrainian and European Scientific Cooperation Cuiavian University in Włocławek (the Republic of Poland) and University of Customs and Finance published a collective monograph “The system of public administration in the context of decentralization of power”.
On September 15, 2020, Vikhliaiev Mykhailo Yuriiovych, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Director of the Center for Ukrainian and European Scientific Cooperation, and Holovko Oleh Pavlovych, PhD in Economics, Head of Supervisory Council of the Center for Ukrainian and European Scientific Cooperation, met with an official representative of the University of Customs and Finance Pryimachenko Dmytro Volodymyrovych, Doctor of Law, Professor, Vice Rector for Scientific Affairs. He was presented a complimentary copy of the collective monograph in special eco-bag.
Scientists, academic staff and postgraduate students joined the writing of a collective monograph.
The European publishing house “Izdevnieciba “Baltija Publishing” (Riga, Latvia) produced the monograph with awarding ISBN that permitted the authors participating in a collective monograph published in an EU country. Every section of the monograph has DOI that enables the authors to find their researches at the web-site Open Ukrainian Citation Index (OUCI), which was developed by the specialists of the State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine under the instruction of the staff of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
