Polish university Kujawska Szkoła Wyższa we Włocławku with the assistance of the Center for Ukrainian and European Scientific Cooperation presented a monograph devoted to the topical issues of social sciences. The monograph was published by the European publishing house “Izdevnieciba “Baltija Publishing” (Riga, Latvia) that provided authors with the opportunity to present it as a paper published in the EU country.
