Cuiavian University in Włocławek (ksw.wloclawek.pl) offers the establishment of partnership for educational institutions in Ukraine in order to develop and implement joint educational programs. Diploma of Higher Education issued by the University will be awarded to students upon successful completion of studies. The system will be based on distance education, thus enabling all interested candidates to join in. We invite representatives of higher education institutions in Ukraine to this partnership.
