Foreign collective monograph “Challenges and prospects for the development of legal systems in Ukraine and EU countries: comparative analysis” was published

In May, the foreign collective monograph “Challenges and prospects for the development of legal systems in Ukraine and EU countries: comparative analysis” was published. Cuiavian University in Włocławek (the Republic of Poland) was the organizer of the activities for its preparation.

The monograph was published by the European publishing house “Izdevnieciba “Baltija Publishing” (Riga, Latvia) with ISBN award that provided authors with the opportunity to participate in the development of collective scientific paper published in the EU country.

The following focus areas were covered by the monograph:

  • Modern state of legal activity in Ukraine;
  • The main courses of the development of jurisprudence in Ukraine and Europe;
  • Theoretical-legal mechanism for the development of legal science: experience of UE countries and introduction in Ukrainian practice.

The monograph is a result of activities of the authors’ team united by a shared idea to represent the results of their efforts. The following authors were among the team members:
