On October 25–27, 2019, the academic staff of Zhytomyr National Agroecological University participated in the scientific and pedagogical internship organised by the Center for Ukrainian and European Scientific Cooperation which took place in Cuiavian University in Włocławek (Włocławek, Poland). The lecturers of the event were represented by dr Iwona Głowacka-Mrotek, dr Maria Palińska, Anna Dzioba, who prepared a series of lectures and workshops that were elaborated for the express purpose of the group from Zhytomyr National Agroecological University.
The internship programme provided the work of three groups. The activities of the first group, which consisted of the experts in engineering sciences, were devoted to the prospects for implementation of the European experience of modeling in the educational process of higher education institutions of Ukraine. The second group, which involved experts in ecology, discussed the modern state and development prospects of ecological education in Ukraine and EU countries. The third group consisting of Doctors and Candidates of Sciences (Economics) worked upon the prospects of introduction of the European experience of the implementation of environmental policy in the educational process of the higher education institutions of Ukraine; the prospects for implementation of environmental security measures in Poland and Ukraine and their economic justification.
In the context of the international internship, the academic staff of Zhytomyr National Agroecological University had an excursion during which they familiarized with the patterns of the European investments in scientific, cultural and educational activities of Włocławek. The participants visited the Cultural Center, urban and ancient part of the city.
