A collective monograph “Scientific achievements of countries of Europe in the field of legal science” was published under the aegis of Humanities and Natural Sciences University in Sandomierz. Both experienced scholars, who have a lot of academic papers, and young scholars, who begin their scientific career, participated in developing the scientific publication.
The following scholars were among the authors:

• Boiko I. S., Candidate of Political Sciences, Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Maritime Law of the National University “Odessa Maritime Academy”, introduced the article “Precedents of international judicial bodies: theory and practice”;
• Buhera O. I., Candidate of Juridical Sciences, Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Law of Kyiv National Linguistic University, had the paper “Modern trends in criminology: use of Internet for crime prevention”;
• Bulkat M. S., Candidate of Juridical Sciences, Chief of Claims Department of the Supreme Court, “New research lines in the doctrine of judiciary”;
• Holubieva V. O., Candidate of Juridical Sciences, Associate Professor, Professor at the Department of International and European Law of SHEI “Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman”, had the research “Theoretical and applied peculiarities of international organizational and legal regulation of the mechanism of review of foreign trade policy in the context of WTO and its influence on the national legislation of Ukraine”;

O., Candidate of Juridical Sciences, Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Branch Law and Law Enforcement Activities of Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University, who prepared the paper “Operation of the European Convention for Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms through the practice the European Court of Human Rights as international and legal source of criminal law of Ukraine”;

F., Candidate of Juridical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs, who developed the article “Methodological content of the category of “interest” in the paradigm of law”;

V., Candidate of Juridical Sciences, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Public Law of National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, prepared “The Convention for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms (1950) and the practice of its application as a European achievement of the effective human rights protection” ;

The monograph was published by the European publishing house “Izdevnieciba” Baltija Publishing” (Riga, Latvia) with ISBN award. Every author will receive three copies of the publication and a certificate of participation in elaborating a collective paper.
