Online dialogue about the challenges of training PhDs has been run via ZOOM

On April 23, thematic professional online dialogue “Training of PhDs in specialty 081 Law in Ukraine: vulnerabilities and positive practices” has taken place in ZOOM.

The organizers are:

  • The Center for Ukrainian and European Scientific Cooperation

  • All-Ukrainian NGO “Association of Administrative Law Experts”
  • NGO “European Center for Rule of Law”

Vashchuk Olesia Petrivna, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Professor at the Department of Criminalistics of the National University “Odesa Law Academy”, Head of the Council of Young Scientists at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, has delivered welcome speech. She has thanked all participants as the under discussion is relevant and important now. Then, Kolomoiets Tetiana Oleksandrivna, Doctor of Law, Professor, Corresponding Member of the NALS of Ukraine, Dean of the Faculty of Law of Zaporizhzhia National University, Head of the Scientific-Research Laboratory of Service Law of the NASLS of Ukraine, has taken the floor. Tetiana Oleksandrivna has told about efficient experience and best practices for training scientific brainpower and presented some inventions and innovation. Vasylchuk Hennadii Mykolaiovych, Doctor of History, Professor, Vice Rector for Scientific Affairs of Zaporizhzhia National University, and Luchenko Dmytro Valentynovych, Doctor of Law, Professor, Professor at the Department of Administrative Law of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Head of the Scientific Sector of the Scientific Research Institute of State Building and Local Government of National Academy of Law Sciences of Ukraine, Member of NGO “European Center for Rule of Law”, Head of the All-Ukrainian NGO “Association of Administrative Law Experts”, have also rendered opening remarks.

Such a relevant topic and prominent speakers have sparked the interest of many persons wishing to join the discussion and express their opinions.
