On May 5-6, 2017, the international scientific and practical conference “Innovations and contemporary technologies in the education system: the contribution of Poland and Ukraine” was held at Humanities and Natural Sciences University, in Sandomyr (Poland). The event was held with the support of the Center for Ukrainian and European Scientific Cooperation.
Founded in 1995, Humanities and Natural Sciences University of Sandomierzis currently recognized as one of the best non-state universities in Poland. Since its foundation, the university has always set the main goal of professional training of highly skilled personnel in accordance with the needs of the growing economy in the countries of the European Union. In order to achieve such an important goal, the University constantly cooperates with educational and scientific institutions and establishments of European countries, including Ukraine.
The Center for Ukrainian and European Scientific Cooperation values a joint work with a recognized educational institution in Poland as it enables Ukrainian scientists to take part in foreign events and exchange experience with the European country. By joint efforts, on May 5-6, 2017, it managed to hold a conference for scholars-educators.
To participate in the international scientific and practical conference, the organizers invited scientists, postgraduates, HEI students and research institutions, as well as practitioners, who are actively involved in scholar research in the sphere of pedagogical sciences. More than 150 scholars were interested in participation in the event and prepared abstracts according to the following sections of the conference: 1) General pedagogy and history of pedagogy; 2) Theory and methods of teaching (on the branches of knowledge); 3) Correctional pedagogy; 4) Theory and methods of vocational education; 5) Social pedagogy; 6) Theory and methods of education management; 7) Theory and methods of education; 8) Preschool pedagogy; 9) Theory of training; 10) Information and communication technologies in education.
Thanks to this event each participant contributed to the development of pedagogical science. The research’ results of experienced and young scholars were presented in the collection of materials of the scientific and practical conference.
The Center for Ukrainian and European Scientific Cooperation took care that all participants from Ukraine were satisfied with participation in the event, received the collection of abstracts of scientific and pedagogical internship and the certificate of participation, authenticated by seal. Taking part in the event, Ukrainian scholars were able to present the collection of materials and the certificate, as the confirmation of participation in the international conference, held in the country, that is part of the European Union.
