In March 2019, scientists, lecturers, postgraduate students, practitioners who are actively related to solving specific problems in one or another engineering activity joined writing the collective monograph “General and complex challenges of technical sciences: experience of EU countries and practical implementation in Ukraine” with the support of the Szkoła Główna Politechniczna z siedzibą w Nowym Sączu and Center for Ukrainian and European Scientific Cooperation.
Specifics of knowledge of technical sciences and research activity are determined by the context of practical applications. Research results presented in the monograph are characterised by the diversity of theoretical developments referring to the same kind of empirical objects of study and a wide spectrum of methods of applied mathematics.
