On June 7-8, 2019, the international scientific and practical conference “DEVELOPMENT OF LEGAL SCIENCE: CHOICE MECHANISM AND PRIORITIES IMPLEMENTATION” devoted to the 5th anniversary of «Visegrad Journal on Human Rights».
Organisers of the event (Pan European University, the Center for Ukrainian and European Scientific Cooperation, public organisation “Lex Pro Omnes” and Uzhhorod National University) are gearing up for the realisation of the conference and meet with guests. The celebration of the 5th anniversary of the journal and the conference will take place in the manor-house of Terézia van Dernáthová of 1781 (Snina, the Slovak Republic) with the participation legal scholars from Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania who deal with studying human rights.
The conditions of the conference include both in presence and distant forms of participation. The international conference encourages lecturers, postgraduate students and staff of research institutions as well practitioners who are actively involved in scholarly activities in legal sciences for participation.

It will take place awarding of the winners of the Scholarship Competition of Research Papers on Security, Implementation and Protection of Human Rights during the conference, which also has been devoted to the celebration of the 5th anniversary of successful functioning of «Visegrad Journal on Human Rights». On May 24, 2019, the winners were defined by the Scholarship Commission consisting of academic staff of the Department of Constitutional Law and Comparative Jurisprudence of Uzhhorod National University headed by Director of the Center for Ukrainian and European Scientific Cooperation, Doctor of Law, Professor Bielov Dmytro Mykolaiovych. They were invited to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Development of legal sciences: choice mechanisms and priorities implementation” at the expense of the Center for Ukrainian and European Scientific Cooperation. During the conference, they will be awarded certificates of achievement, gift money and modern legal literature provided by Internet-shop “IurKnyha”, competition book partner.
