We kindly invite specialists in theoretical and practical jurisprudence, officers of judicial and law-enforcement bodies, lawyers of Ukraine, representatives of public authorities and local self-government, postgraduate and undergraduate students to participate in the Х International scientific-practical conference to join the scholarly dispute and discuss realities and prospects for implementing law rules for the formation of Ukraine’s current legislation. Participation form – remote.

The scientific conference involves a ZOOM plenary session on December 5, 10.00.

Every participant receives an electronic certificate and a collection of abstracts.

A collection of conference abstracts is publishing by the Ukrainian-Polish publisher “Liha-Pres”, which makes SENSE rankings. Each abstract included in the collection is assigned DOI that makes it available on the web-site Open Ukrainian Citation Index (OUCI). The collection of conference abstracts will be published on an open platform of the Ukrainian-Polish publisher “Liha-Pres” at the link.

ARRANGEMENT FEE:

The arrangement fee for participants is 300 UAH.

A collection of abstracts and a certificate will be provided to all participants in electronic form one month after the conference.

PROCEDURE FOR THE REGISTRATION:

The following are required by November 22, 2024 (inclusive) to participate in the conference:

  1. fill in the application (link or QR-code);
  2. send the following materials to law@cuesc.org.ua:

 – send the abstracts;

 – a scanned electronic copy of the payment confirmation for the arrangement fee (! Invoice details will be provided after receiving the abstract and application).

All participants receive a link to the plenary session after paying a participation fee.

PROHIBITION ON USING THE AGGRESSOR STATE’S SCHOLARLY PAPERS:

Languages: Ukrainian, Polish and English. It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list Russian-language publications published in any country, including papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ABSTRACTS:

The name of the file should correspond to the last name of the participant, for example: Shevchenko_ Abstracts, Schevchenko_Fee.

The text must be created in Microsoft Word and saved in *.doc or *.rtf format.

Abstracts should be written on a relevant topic and contain in-depth scientific research. The abstract should be carefully proofread and corrected.

Title is in the middle (Times New Roman font size 16, bold).

After one spacing, in the center there is full name, academic degree, rank (if any), post, department, full name of the institution where an author studies or works, city, country; Times New Roman size 14.

After one spacing, the text of the thesis, which must meet the following requirements: file format – A-4, the fields (top, bottom, left, right) – 2 cm, orientation – portrait, font – Times New Roman 14, line spacing – 1.5, style – Normal, first line indent – 1.25 cm.

The list of references (without repetitions) is executed at the end of the text under the title “References:” taking into account the State Standards of Ukraine 8302:2015 developed in 2015. Citations in the text should be marked with numerical order of a source according to the list and page (pages) number, for example [1, р. 23].

Text volume is up to 5 pages.

Conference languages: Ukrainian, Polish and English.

The editorial board reserves the right to edit or reject material that deviates from the aforementioned requirements!
